Scholarship Opportunity
We continue to look for new opportunities to assist in the community. The Board recently approved giving two $1,000 college scholarships for athletes attending City of Richmond schools. Additionally, we are attempting to work with a local basketball organization to see if we can help with registration fees for any athletes with distressed financial situations. With the recent shutdown of winter sports, the basketball organization has stepped up to form a league so the athletes can compete. The Board felt this was a perfect situation to execute the mission of Cover One. We are hoping to help in a big way.

The Cover 1 Foundation is proud to support the Falling Creek Middle School cheerleaders with new uniforms and pom poms. It was a nice visit with this great group of girls. Go Panthers!
It was a pleasure for Cover 1 members to catch a Meadowbrook HS swim meet at SwimRVA earlier this week. C1 was honored to support this squad with a swim clinic and warm-ups thanks to our generous donors!
